This sunday was time for my first full marathon this year. I did not complete any marathons in 2007 due to my problems with achilles tendons.
Pacesetting in the winter have kept me running and I am somewhat ok now with my achilles problem. Haven’t really done the milage needed up [...]
What a party once again…. Lots of dedicated runners have trained for a long time for Glitnir Copenhagen Marathon and all doing great.
Weather was great not too hot and not too much sun – just right. Lots of spectators on the street ready to help the runners, clapping and cheering all the way. [...]
Just found an article on Dean Karnazes on Wired.com. WOW!
Many things in there I can really relate to. The article starts out like this:
“Dean Karnazes ran 50 marathons in 50 days. He does 200 miles just for fun. ”
Way to go!!

Finally we succeeded meeting up with all the marathon runners from North Sea Beach Marathon and HC Andersen Marathon. This was great – hopefully we will be able to get together again soon.

Great fun running through the streets of Luxembourg at night. Especially it was great to see all the people on the streets in the city centre cheering “Allez! Allez, Sparta!” and making noise with bells, whistels etc. Great! Thanks people of Luxembourg!
